Exceptional Sales and Service – Carter and Mikalina Are Rockstars I oversee a team of over 300 salespeople and have been in sales my entire career, so I rarely write reviews—but this experience absolutely deserves it. From the first call, Carter at Bill Currie Ford was phenomenal. I usually bypass sales reps and go directly to management, but Carter earned my respect immediately. He built instant rapport, understood my situation (especially after a terrible experience at Elder Ford), and got everything handled efficiently—over the phone. He respected my time, answered all my questions, and had the paperwork and the truck ready the minute I walked in. I was in and out just as promised. Carter will be my go-to moving forward—if I had 300 Carters on my team, I could retire. And the amazing service didn’t stop there. Huge shoutout to Mikalina in Connected Services. She called the very next day and helped resolve an issue I was having with FordPass. She walked me through adding the vehicle on a desktop (instead of the app), which solved the problem. On top of that, there was an issue with the trial periods—which she quickly fixed. I’ve owned several Fords and never had anyone proactively reach out to help with FordPass. She not only solved everything but followed up afterward to make sure it stayed resolved. Absolutely incredible service. Bill Currie Ford, you’ve got two exceptional people on your team.
