The service advisor that I had was excellent. He got me in and out so quick that I was amazed.
I always have Leo as my service advisor and he goes above and beyond. The one day he was not there Alexa and the rest of the team took great care of me.
Leo is always so helpful, he is the best service advisor that I have ever worked with!!
I have to say it’s been a long time since I have been to a dealership and been treated this good service advisor PJ really got it done I had a few issues with my 19 f150 and he got me taken care of immediately. Definitely recommend
Alexa Diaz in the service department is probably the most detail oriented woman I have ever met in my life, she was very thorough, and very nicely answered any question I had. Glad I found my life long service advisor :)
I used to work in mgmt. For Hyatt hotels so I definitely recognized immediately your high level and focus on customer service from the time I entered Bill Currie Ford. I was happy with everything however the only thing I wasn't happy with was the huge difference in price from what others wanted after calling other places as well as reading posts online regarding replacing the upper Intake manifold. However , it was the smartest thing I could do is leave the car at the dealership With the check engine light that came on and temp gage went up and my service advisor agreed and damage that can possibly result from driving around getting other estimates. So they found a leak from the upper intake manifold and replaced and I appreciated that you do a full quality check on the vehicle to make sure nothing else needed attention. They stated all was good. I'm hoping that there was a good quality inspection on everything that was said to be good, because they failed to bring to my attention things that I already knew, like my windshield washer cleaner motor is not operating and the one back window power motor also. I asked what the cost of the back window motor repair was and I was told about $700. Well not to go on however I knew the price of the motor and I know that the repair should not be that much. Other than the negligence to notice and bring those 2 items to my attention, I'm hoping that my vehicle was given the quality Inspection and I could rest assured that everything is good as was stated on my invoice. Going forward I had intended now living back in Tampa to have service done at the ford dealership however I'll be honest the prices I know are quite a bit more than all other places that perform same services. Maybe are there other ways to save money by coupons etc. Or having a service plan going forward on my automobile that has prices close to what other's charge for same services. For example an oil change.
The service advisor Zoe was extremely responsive during the ordeal of fixing our Escape. Had a transmission blow out on our trip south to move from Pennsylvania to Florida. Long story short...Bill Currie Ford was the only dealership within a hundred miles that would look at the car in less than "several months". They had it repaired within 3 weeks because of our circumstance. We couldn't ask for better service. PJ the service manager stepped up to help. Much appreciated!
I walked out to my Mustang on Friday and the tire was flat. Using my Ford Pass app, I contacted road side assistance and Thomas saved the day. He has helpful and changed the tire swiftly and shared tips on driving safely on a spare. I contacted the dealership on Saturday and Dirk scheduled my appointment for Monday. I dropped my car off (Hurricane Milton was approaching) and several hours later my car had 4 new tires and Curtis (a jewel) dropped it off to my home. I can’t say enough about the wonderful customer service I received from Dirk-he was a joy to work with and made the payment of 4 new tires less painful because of his fun disposition. Thank you Ford for a wonderful (although expensive ) tire purchasing experience! Dirk is the best service advisor around!
