When I ordered my F150 Limited, Sergio kept me informed regularly as to the build process along with the status of delivery. When I picked up the truck, he took his time going over all the details of it, even though it was very late in the evening. I felt he was not rushed and I felt at ease. Not my first rodeo, having bought cars for 45+ years, I can honestly say this was a pain-free process. When I brought the truck in for maintenance, he called me directly to make sure everything was ok and I was having a smooth process. I might add, others who I encountered were just as professional. Buying a car or truck should always be a pressure free experience. The decision to purchase is stressful in it by itself, and adding upon it the making of a financial commitment, Bill Currie Ford minimized it and went far and beyond to make it stress-free. So much so, several months later, I sent my Son and fiancée there when they were looking at buying a used car. The General Manager Sean Sullivan who I had previously met, personally called him and arranged for the two of them to be taken care of. The used car salesman made sure they looked at vehicles only within their budget and needs. They both came back with their new (used) vehicle with a stress-free smile on their faces. Always great working with the team at Bill Currie Ford! Nicole Gardner is an outstanding Service Writer and even better person - always helpful and her follow-up is the best I have ever experienced. Does what she says, no excuses. Awesome. Same goes for Grace Thomas and Edwin Torres. I worked with them on the back pack drive and both did amazing work to make it happen. Ron, Caleb, Zach, Nick and Tanner also pitched in at critical times to help out. This is really appreciated due to the fact they were busy with customers from time to time but still came by to check to see if they could help. GM Sean Sullivan and Sales Director Geoff Patterson have always helped anyway they can in every instance, and that attitude has filtered to the entire team.

My wife and I have been through the wringer the last few weeks, starting with losing everything after Helene. Mike McTier & Sean moved mountains to make the deal on my wife’s F250 work.
