Wow! What a great experience! If I could give 10 stars I would. I was interested in an F150 and spoke to Joe Moon on the phone. He answered all my questions thoroughly and invited me in to look at some different vehicles. I went to the dealership and test drove a few and Joe went over all the different options in each vehicle in detail with me. Joe Moon's knowledge is second to none. He is patient, kind and did not pressure me at all. He worked on a few deals that fit my budget and got me into the truck that I wanted. I also worked with Scott B in the finance department and he explained all the financing details and helped me with choosing an extended warranty for my new truck.
