I made an appointment online with ease 23 March 2025 for an appointment 24 March 2025 for 8:15am. I was able to be seen promptly which is always a plus! My service advisor was Jasmine, and I feel she is one of the top automotive service advisors I have had to deal with since driving a Ford for over 20 years. Her traits can be best described as detail oriented and customer service driven. She understands your needs and makes them her priorities. She is upfront and fluent in problem solving. My appointment consisted of the Works, replacing 2 TPMS sensors, and coolant flush (recommendation). I was pulled in and out the service bay in what I would call a reasonable amount of time. BLUF (Bottom Line Upfront) My review is my honest unbiased opinion on my visit which might differ from your actual experience. Please make sure you get management involved if you have problems or feel you are not getting the service you deserve. Usually, my experience deals with a routine scheduled oil change + other maintenance recommendations, but this time it was due to an unexpected tire pressure sensor fault that showed up while driving. I could have easily drove to the nearest tire repair shop or closer Ford dealership but decided to drive 30 more minutes in the Tampa horrendous traffic to rely on Bill Currie Ford once again due my past great experiences. I was able to speak with my service advisor Jasmine who ALWAYS does a great job! Your service advisor is a key factor when dealing with maintenance and ensuring proper communication between all parties. I did not have an appointment and was still able to be seen, properly diagnosed and headed back out the door. I feel Bill Currie Ford has been a trustworthy Ford representative in all aspects of business. I truly feel the management is engaged and involved in the daily operational routine which is extremely important to me. I have vowed to myself not to do business where I feel the quality or craftsmanship does not equal to the money I am spending. Bill Currie Ford has proven that not all dealerships are created equal.
