We were here to use the fast electric charger on the Blink Network for our rental car. Considering it was at a car dealership, we expected no help when we encountered problems. We got help (because the Blink app was not easy to use), and the car started charging. We went inside the dealership and were pleasantly surprised to find a little sandwich shop (I believe it is new). We were welcomed to buy lunch and sit in a very welcoming atmosphere while the car charged. After an hour, we realized something was wrong, and decided to charge elsewhere. The general manager (Mr. Sullivan) was speaking to the sandwich shop operators, and asked me what I thought of it. The conversation went to the fact that we were leaving because the Blink network was inaccessible to us. He offered to charge our rental car (remember, we are out-of-towners so unlikely to be able to benefit him), because we should not have that frustration. So, while I can't comment on the car dealership itself, I can say that this is the kind of business where I feel welcomed and valued.
