I recently had warranty work completed on my Bronco, which included replacing the hard top due to cracking. Stephanie, my service advisor, made the entire process smooth and stress-free from start to finish. She clearly explained each step involved in getting the replacement approved and completed under warranty, which I really appreciated. Throughout the process, she kept me well-informed with regular updates on the status of my vehicle. Since the repair took about two weeks while waiting for parts to arrive, her communication made a big difference. She also provided me with a loaner vehicle, which was extremely helpful, and even included car wash coupons as a nice extra touch. Stephanie was also very pleasant to work with, which made the experience even better. Overall, she went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service, and I would definitely recommend her as a service advisor for your vehicle repair needs at this dealership.

The Nordstrom of service departments. Respect and tend to your needs. Constant updates during the wait. Everyone is treated like a VIP and the service advisor is courteous and professional.

Ms. Charlane is absolutely amazing! I love the fact that there is at least one female service advisor to help me with my car needs. As a female myself, I hate going to get my car service because sometimes I feel intimidated due to not knowing about cars. She gave me a great price at getting new tires and getting my brakes/alignment services. She came to me every hour with a big smile and checked up on me while I was waiting. This has absolutely been a great experience for me and I cannot wait to come back to her!! I appreciate her kindness and honesty! See you again Ms. Charlane and also thank you to Mr. Leo! He is also fantastic! Those are two great individuals!

What a difference 2 years make as Bill Courier ford service department has made changes and has become better service. Got service advisor that really care about the customer and if they cant get the job they have a wonder manager staff that will. They restore my confidence back in them so now i keep taking my truck back to them and has not let me down since. Recommend Bill Currie Ford my service advisor was Lisalee Incle/ mobile. Shes great on the phone gives status updates without having to ask and is aways on top of everything. She is THE BEST if you want exceptional service I recommend Lisalee Incle.

My latest service at Bill Currie Ford was a delight. I was greeted curteously by all involved. The service took about 90 minutes and my service advisor explained everything that was done in detail.

I made an appointment online with ease 23 March 2025 for an appointment 24 March 2025 for 8:15am. I was able to be seen promptly which is always a plus! My service advisor was Jasmine, and I feel she is one of the top automotive service advisors I have had to deal with since driving a Ford for over 20 years. Her traits can be best described as detail oriented and customer service driven. She understands your needs and makes them her priorities. She is upfront and fluent in problem solving. My appointment consisted of the Works, replacing 2 TPMS sensors, and coolant flush (recommendation). I was pulled in and out the service bay in what I would call a reasonable amount of time. Again, I just wanted to publicly thank Jasmine and the Bill Currie Ford Team. Jason

Carlos Herrera, my service advisor was very nice, knowledgeable and answer all my questions. I'm very satisfied with the service.

Brought in my 2015 50th Anniversary Mustang GT convertible due to a check engine light and the vehicle running very rough. The P0351 engine code had been going off and then resetting itself for awhile. My Service Advisor was Seth, who was great start to finish. He explained what needed to be done to diagnose the problem and gave me a realistic time table. I did have an extended service contract on the vehicle. The problem was diagnosed quickly and the repair made. Seth worked with the warranty people and was able to get the entire repair covered. I had expected to pay out of pocket for the repair, but Seth was outstanding getting it covered. Big thank you for getting my toy running just like new!

I had to get my vehicle towed due to a rear brake issue. Even though i just wanted to get the brakes fixed, there was so much more wrong with the car. In the end i decided not to proceed with the repairs because to me the car wasnt even worth repairing. Service advisor Seth kept me informed and understood the situation and was very helpful throughout the process. Would definitely come back here to get my next vehicle inspected and serviced even if its not a ford just because of the way i was treated.
